RICKY SANTOS

Ricky Santos, Systems Technician, thrives on learning new things and
applying them in practical ways at work. He finds it rewarding to see his
knowledge in action and strives to improve every day.

Outside of work, Ricky loves connecting with others, attending
conventions like Planet Comicon, and enjoying science fiction books,
games, and TV shows. He’s also known for his love of dressing up,
whether in a sharp suit or cosplaying as his favorite characters.

His advice to new team members: “Every day that you feel like giving up,
keep going. You’ll break your barriers and find it gets easier.”

Alyssa Lujan

Alyssa has been an honorary member of M Cubed for quite some time but became an official member as our Fresno Dispatcher two years ago. Her dachshund, Margo, is also a member of our team as the office mascot. Alyssa is an avid reader who we catch taking a break with a book in hand and sushi or Taco Bell on the side. Mainly she enjoys how much she gets to learn about technology coming in with fresh eyes, she finds it to be fun and fascinating. Being a dispatcher has been rewarding, allowing her to build relationships with clients and assist us with navigating issues that arise. We love having Alyssa on the team with her positive vibes and heart-warming smile.

Jesse Gibson

Jesse Gibson, Vice President of M Cubed, thrives on engaging with businesses to provide tailored solutions that create meaningful impact. He finds it rewarding to feel like part of each company’s team. Recently, he’s discovered a passion for gardening, surprising some coworkers. Driven by the ever-evolving landscape of security trends, he embraces the dynamic nature of his work, particularly enjoying the transformation of businesses into more secure and efficient operations. Outside of work, he loves cooking, playing music, and spending time outdoors with his dog, Nori. Jesse advises new team members to “be a sponge,” emphasizing the importance of continuous learning for real growth.
