Meet An (pronounced “On”), one of M Cubed’s great Systems Technicians, who is an absolute delight to work with! An has been an invaluable member of our team for just over a year, leaving a lasting impression on both us and every client he assists. His favorite part of working at M Cubed is seeing and hearing the satisfaction of the client and knowing he resolved the issues they were experiencing. One of his greatest skills is his patience and the fact that he will never give up on an issue, no matter how daunting it may be.

Beyond his technical prowess, An is also a culinary virtuoso. One of the office favorites is kimchi fried rice which staff fight over when he brings it in. Outside of the office you will find An at home with his menagerie of animals which includes eight chickens, several exotic fish tanks, two dogs, and a rabbit.

Jennifer Marshall

Jennifer Marshall is featured in the employee spotlight, showcasing her pivotal role as Office Manager/Dispatcher. With three years of dedicated service, Jennifer manages a wide range of tasks, including handling calls, coordinating onsite visits, and scheduling technicians. Her organizational skills and efficiency play a crucial role in keeping the office running smoothly and on schedule. Outside of work, Jennifer’s passion for travel is evident, and you will often find her on a beach somewhere warm. If she is here in the cold Kansas winter time she fills the time cheering on the Jayhawks with her Husband Chris and teenage son Cale.

Corey Malamphy

Our employee spotlight for this month is best known as “The Utility Knife”! Corey Malamphy has been a valued technician for 8 years now. He began his role at M Cubed as a Helpdesk Technician in Fresno, CA. Then opened our Lawrence, KS branch and worked his way up by taking the certifications to become a Systems Administrator. Corey loves a challenge, especially when a third-party technician deems an issue unfixable. He usually finds a way!

Corey, now back at our CA branch, loves to try any new cuisine that Fresno has to offer. He enjoys Hockey, his favorite animal is a Red Panda, and favorite movie is Tenant.
